We make every effort to present our products, colours, materials and dimensions as accurately as possible.
As our pieces are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, texture, stitching or finish may occur. These details are a natural part of handmade craftsmanship and give every piece its own character.

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your market.
Any applicable shipping costs are shown at checkout before your order is confirmed.

Once an order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
Hajar Hajji may exceptionally cancel an order in cases such as product unavailability, stock or pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the corresponding amount will be refunded.

Customers may request a return in accordance with our Return Policy.
